    Follow these steps to use chat effectively:

    1. Type your message or question in the chat input field and click Send to send it.
    2. Engage in a back-and-forth conversation with the chatbot.
    3. Expect immediate responses and dynamic interactions.
    4. Close the chat window when you're done.

    Troubleshooting common problems:

    The chatbot is slow.

    The response time from the AI can fluctuate based on several variables. If the query submitted is intricate or requires a multi-step solution, the bot may need additional time to generate an accurate and helpful response. Also, during peak usage times, the system may experience a backlog, which could result in a slower response time.

    Error messages.

    If you're experiencing technical hitches with a chatbot, a common troubleshooting step is to clear your browser's cache and cookies. These temporary data files can sometimes interfere with the bot's functionality. After wiping the cache and cookies, you'll likely need to refresh the chatbot page for the changes to take effect and to potentially resolve any glitches you're encountering. Error messages could also occur if exceeding the defined rate limits in which case you need to take a pause for the cause.
