    The IVR-SIP system prototype, powered by artificial intelligence (GPT), is designed to interact with users over voice, leveraging the capabilities of advanced speech-to-text and text-to-speech models. The system facilitates seamless communication between telephony providers and a cloud-based AI service, ensuring efficient and accurate voice responses.

    While utilizing this prototype, one can anticipate a few things:

    Exploration: As it's a prototype, exploring its functionalities will provide insight into its capabilities and limitations. It's a chance to understand how well the AI interprets and responds to voice commands and how effectively it facilitates communication between different systems.

    Bug Encounters: Prototypes are known for having bugs or unexpected behaviors. Encountering bugs is a norm, not an exception, in this phase. Reporting these bugs and documenting unexpected behaviors is vital for the development process.

    Improvement Over Time: As feedback is collected and bugs are fixed, the prototype will undergo refinements. Each iteration should ideally bring improvements in performance, accuracy, and user experience.
